Last class I mentioned the fake research paper generator, here the link to their site:

It was a project by three MIT students (2005). In this other link you can read a blog post with the story about how they were accepted at a large conference. However, the acceptance was as a "non-reviewed paper," therefore, no one actually read it. The question arises though of how papers can be accepted without any type of review. (In this case I agree with them when they call this conference a "spamference.") After they opened the generator to the public there have been several fake papers accepted at peer-reviewed conferences in different parts of the world.
